Hello everyone (this is Jason). Here's that news post that everyone has been asking about.
First off, we've added Pogostick Man. All of you know this. As you might guess, he rides a pogo stick. Thanks to Nova for providing vocals. Now when he plays Happy Wheels, he can scream with himself. And the internet becomes a bit less lonely of a place. Some of you have asked about having other YouTube gamers record vocals. We're not really planning on doing that. A male voice was needed and Nova, who happens to have a fairly unique voice, mentioned interest. We'll most likely go and record a bunch of new voices soon. The next character vocals are most likely female.
Pressing up/down moves Pogostick Man forward/backward with small jumps. Holding space bar results in a big jump. Pressing shift makes him stand upright on the pogo stick and control makes him crouch. Some of his joints are stronger than other characters which allow him to land big jumps without breaking to pieces. Once ejected, his joints are normal strength.
The response to Pogostick Man has been pretty incredible, but this of course has resulted in a trend of unoriginal wall-jumping levels which has polluted the level browser. Please make original levels.
Second, we have exceeded ONE MILLION Facebook 'likes'. Hitting this mark was never expected. In fact, we originally were hoping for 5000 (Jim: "we did?"). And of course we talked about doing something for this event, but then planned poorly and missed it. So the surprise is that there was no surprise. We will eventually post some awesome pictures of the socks that Jim bought. Or we won't. We know you love the suspense. Thanks to everyone who clicked 'like'.
Third, the development of the forums is on hold. We estimated it would be done by now, but then something came up.
Forth, things are a bit slow right now because Jim is incarcerated in Thailand, but I assure you we're always working on something and there are a lot of things to come.

I think that they should have the little kid in a go-cart as the next new character. I think someone made a level for the go-cart kid and it should be used. Also they should allow level importing again. If you don't want someone to be able to import your levels [b][i]DO NOT CHECK "IMPORTABLE BY OTHERS"[/i][/b]. It should be fixed immediately.

Damn, I'd so love to be a moderator, people like me and some others can be trusted, I just can't take this crap any more. I would love to be able to remove and tell these dumbassess off for asking for a new character, or mentioning anything about pewdiepie (doesn't deserve capitals). And also to remove horrid levels, I could remove thousands of levels a day as they all beg you to rate 5. And also remove shitty pewdiepie levels. Midnight Gummybear is a dumbass... 'Fans' don't beg for shit, fans enjoy what they get. Meaning me, and a few others are classified as 'fans'. Ain't that amazing? Happy Wheels only has a few fans!

@Bert Yeah. I'm not trying to force Jim to do something, but he should set up rules that pop-up as soon as you open the editor. Also, when you click on the box to type in the news comments, something should pop-up with rules saying, "Wait! Read this first:" etc. Yes I'm being a hypocrite, I'm asking Jim to do something, but it might actually help TJF. Yes, he will certainly never read this, but I might as well try. I mean, there are hundreds of thousands of noobs that play, and only a handful of people who are smart enough to not beg for stuff using levels and comments. And if noobs want something, download the program Jim uses and make it yourself. Noobs don't understand that it takes actual WORK to make stuff. And when Jim says he won't make something, don't beg him. I've heard enough of stupid pewwOIDIEEpeIE, and if you noobs think that asking OVER AND OVER will force Jim to make what you want, you're wrong. He'll get annoyed and maybe start banning people. If he hasn't made it yet, just stop asking, because he won't make it. First off, Explore Guy is the only character to not have a custom voice, he shares it with Segway Guy, Effective Shopper and the women in Moped Couple have seperate voices. Voices can't be racist, they can be stereotypical, not racist. His voice does sound like a black-skinned guy, and since when does riding a mower make you ghetto and street-like? See, there's two ways to ask Jim for something to be made, there's BEGGIN AND SKREMIN LYK DIS 4 POODIPIE CARIKTER, or, there's suggesting, like you did. I like to make suggestions, suggestions that are unique and not ranting, a pop-up message system would be great! But, knowing noobs, they'd ignore it and not even read it. All these noobs... we need more moderators and the forums back. And we need them soon. very soon. I am working on a new project, it is called PIKMIN HD. It will be my best level yet, and it WILL get featured. Wait awhile for me to finish, or find me on Xat to test it.

I tried to be a moderator, but since many of them are inactive. I think Jason would like to recall on our conversation we had 4 months ago. " well, luigi, all i can say at this point is that you're not on my shit list, which is a good thing. i'll keep you in mind the next time jim and i talk moderators, but don't take it personally if it doesn't work out. thanks for your interest, man. -jason " Jason, if your reading this or not (then I will send you a message in the future) we just got a crisis of too many people trying to create chaos and the levels in Happy Wheels as well that are just too spammed out or the classic boring stuff that no one likes (Eg: Heart donation, rope swing, bottle/Tv runs/ Arrow run and other pointless levels that nobody wants to see)
