Writing news is very tiring, so here's Jason instead:

In the last month some cool stuff has happened. First off, Happy Wheels now has an office. This means that Jim can get out of his apartment and stop bitching about how being a hermit is driving him insane. It also has allowed him to hire me to help develop the game. Between having an office and an employee he pays to show up on time, things should remain on schedule. So far it's been pretty great. We plan on updating the game more frequently. You may have noticed we've added a few new breakable items: television, boombox, bottles, and a chair. It's a minor update, but I feel pretty honored to be the first person to work directly on the game itself. Also, we think breaking stuff in the game is fun.
Second, a new character is coming. Jim has finished most of the illustration. Without ruining the surprise, I think it's going to be pretty hilarious. It's a single character and it should feature a modified jump. We can't say exactly when it will be released, but he's working hard to get it out as soon as possible. Jim really wants to focus adding new characters.
Third, t-shirts and other merch will be available pretty soon.
Forth, we're working on addressing the server issues. Please be patient.
And finally, a bit about me (you can skip this part as I'm done talking about the game). Jim and I met at our last full-time job. He was leaving to work on a game and I was hired to take over his position. The game wasn't even "Happy Wheels" back then. It was simply an old man in a wheelchair rolling down a hill. But as Jim developed it, I became a big fan. I too quit my day job and vowed never to work in advertising ever again. And then some time passed and Happy Wheels had become more than a game, but a community of people creating awesome levels. Because I know Flash/Box2D, can illustrate and also develop iOS apps, Jim hired me to help out. This story is riveting. Anyway, I’m pretty excited to be a part of this.

Awesome to hear that Jim's able to take someone like yourself on board. I know there is always demand for new updates, and Jim has done a fantastic job, but this update and the hopes that updates and the game in general will run a bit more smoothly from now on is brilliant news. Welcome! :)

Man, that is amazing what you have accomplished with Newgrounds.com. I'm glad Tom is able to offer help with selling the merch in their store. As far as the updates, the game is amazing as it is, and I hope you all take your time making this game an effective one. Effectiveness is better than putting out so much and yet still it has a lot of relative issues. And besides, now that you guys have your own office, it'll be much better with managing things such as server-side issues and such. It's good to see Jim getting into it now, because this game will achieve very much.

um hello it has come to my attention that the search feature in level browser is acting up whenever i try to use it it just shows me the happy green hills so i hope its not just me so could you look into that

OMG OMG OMG OMG two things 1st: when i search for a level it always comes up with happy green hills no matter what i put in :-( 2nd: coz u develope ios apps please make happy wheels for the ipod/iphone (maybe even ipad?)! if apple dont approve it please send it to the cydia jailbreak store :-) 3rd: (i know i cant count!) new character soon! wooo!

I don't know where you guys heard there would be a toilet but judging by how much you're talking about it, I guess it's coming. And also I'm wondering if the toilet has an empty hole in it? For like, I don't know, poo? And a open or close button would be good.

@trotterski That's funny--I already watched a number of YouTube videos of guys smashing toilets. The problem tends to be the ambient noise which, when filtered out, reduces the quality of the smash itself. Thanks, I may try to use this.

You'd think it would be easier to find toilet smashing sounds, but it's quite difficult. @styder237 You may see more sliders which modify simple objects, like the bottle. It really comes down to whether or not we have time to do the illustration/how much it enhances the game. @CoolBreeze Haha... Well, let's hope the power doesn't corrupt me.
